The Diadem Dottyback is a striking small fish with vibrant coloration, featuring deep purple and blue hues characteristic of the species. This beginner-friendly dottyback reaches about 2.5 inches at maturity and makes an excellent addition to reef aquariums. While aggressive toward other small fish and dottybacks, it thrives in established tanks with plenty of hiding spaces among rockwork. Best kept singly or in larger systems with compatible tank mates. Hardy and active, it readily accepts most quality prepared foods and brings dynamic movement to any marine setup.
