This semi-aggressive fish requires ample space to establish territory and exhibit natural behaviors. It feeds readily on small crustaceans and prepared foods. Best suited for experienced aquarists who can provide a well-established reef or fish-only system with plenty of hiding spots and live rock. Not recommended for reef tanks with small invertebrates, as it will hunt them opportunistically. Reaches approximately 12 inches at full maturity and thrives in stable water conditions with moderate to strong water movement.
